This custom control cabinet manages multiple roller shutters from a single panel. We built it for a Saudi industrial customer's warehouse and commercial building, covering daily operation and fire safety. Unlike a single-door control box, one cabinet gives centralized control of multiple roller shutters. Key Functions

• Independent open/close control: open, pause, or close each shutter from the cabinet panel, one at a time or all at once.
• Automatic emergency closure on fire alarm: when the cabinet receives a fire detection input signal, it closes all connected shutters, overriding manual operation.
• Adjustable lifting time and stop height: technicians set the upper stop height, lower stop height, and total motor running time on site to fit different door sizes.
• Scheduled opening and closing: set independent timing for each shutter to your business hours.

One-Stop Service and Customization

Sourcing boards, wiring harnesses, and metal cabinets from separate suppliers can cause mismatches and delays. For this project, we handled every step in our factory: custom circuit schematic and PCB layout based on the client's load and signal standards, SMT and DIP assembly of the main control and relay boards, custom-labeled wiring harnesses with standardized terminals, and full cabinet integration including the power supply, contactors, indicator lights, and wiring layout.

Before shipment, each cabinet undergoes an aging test, an emergency simulation, and a full-function inspection. It leaves our workshop fully wired, tested, and ready for on-site installation. We provide wiring diagrams, operation manuals, and test reports with each shipment, and we keep technical records for every customized batch. We also accept ODM adjustments to voltage, signal interfaces, and cabinet protection grade to meet local Middle East power standards, for small prototype batches and large project orders.
