Relay Control PCBA for Load Switching in Smart Home and Automation Systems
This 190 × 65 mm relaybased PCBA comes with mixed SMT and throughhole components, built for projects that need discrete onoff control for local loads rather than complex data processing. Multiple onboard relays connect to external wiring via plugin terminal blocks, switching power for connected hardware once input trigger signals are received. The power section uses electrolytic capacitors and inductors to smooth input voltage fluctuations, an important detail for equipment that cycles on and off frequently in field installations.
We have seen this hardware variant integrated into endproducts such as ventilation fan assemblies, electromagnetic lock access units, and auxiliary control modules for rolling shutter systems. Realworld field feedback shows relaytype architecture copes well with the inrush currents typical of small motors and lighting loads.
Board outline, relay quantity and connector pinouts can be revised to match existing enclosure dimensions. Most modification requests originate when customers update their mechanical housing or change target load ratings. Both prototype batches for lab validation and volume manufacturing runs are supported. All assembled units go through continuity testing on relay channels and visual solder inspection before shipment.
