We finished this full custom roller shutter control cabinet order for a Saudi industrial customer last year, tailored entirely to their warehouse and commercial building safety & daily operation demands. Unlike generic single-door control boxes sold on the market, this cabinet supports centralized management for multiple roller shutters at one time, and we built all core control boards, internal wiring and full cabinet assembly in our factory as a one-stop EMS solution.
l Normal stable opening & closing control for all roller shutters Each door can be operated independently via the cabinet panel. Operators can open, pause or close single or multiple shutters without messy separate controllers, making daily warehouse management much simpler for site staff.
l Automatic emergency full closure under fire alarm signal Safety was the top priority for our Saudi partner. Once the cabinet receives fire detection input signals, it immediately triggers all connected roller shutters to fully close automatically, isolating fire zones to stop flame and smoke spread. This function overrides regular manual operation to guarantee site safety in emergencies.
l Adjustable shutter lifting running time & stop height Many standard control panels come with fixed speed and travel limits, which can’t match different door sizes or site space limits. Our design lets technicians freely set upper stop height, lower stop height and total motor running time on site, perfectly fitting all types of industrial roller shutters in Saudi factories, logistics parks and commercial plazas.
l Auto scheduled opening & closing cycle The cabinet stores independent timing settings for each roller shutter. Clients can set daily automatic open/close time according to their business hours, reducing daily manual operation work and supporting unattended site management.
