CNC Cutting Machine IO Controller Board

This PCBA is an IO power control board dedicated for CNC cutting machines, compatible with plasma cutters, flame cutters and small CNC cutting equipment. It acts as the core electronic board to communicate with host motion controller, acquire field sensor signals and drive multiple high-power loads. It controls emergency stop, limit detection, solenoid valves, cooling pumps, dust removal and spindle on/off. This board does NOT integrate BLDC motor drive.

Hardware & Functions

1. Power Circuit Equipped with large electrolytic capacitor and aluminum heat sink to stabilize high-power power supply for multi-channel loads. Built-in over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature protection for reliable operation under factory power grid.

2. Signal Acquisition & Control Circuit Dual DB25 connectors receive pulse and control commands from upper motion controller. Multi isolated digital input channels collect limit, home, emergency stop and sensor signals with noise filter for anti-interference. High-density MOSFET array provides multi-channel high-power digital outputs for solenoid valves, pumps and contactors. Opto-isolation separates low-voltage control side and high-power load side to protect host controller.

3. Terminals Multiple green spring terminal blocks for main power, DI inputs and DO power outputs, convenient for wiring, mass assembly and field maintenance.
